Who we are
من نحنAA Amalgamated is a Saudi holding company headquartered in the city of Riyadh, operating under Unified National No. 7054281642. The company was established to participate in the Kingdom’s commercial economy through holdings — broad in charter by design, narrow in disclosure by choice.
We are structured to be deliberately small in headcount and deliberately wide in registration. Our commercial registration is wide on purpose: it gives us the flexibility to follow opportunity without re-papering the company every time a new sector becomes attractive.
In practice, day-to-day governance is direct. We answer our own phones, sign our own contracts, and reconcile our own books. A holding house earns its name by the cleanliness of its paperwork as much as by the quality of its decisions.
