This notice explains what limited personal information AA Amalgamated collects when you contact us through this website, and what we do with it. It applies to amalgamated.sa and to email correspondence initiated from the website.

We collect only the information you choose to provide via the contact form (name, company, email, phone, message), together with the technical metadata your browser sends with the request. We do not deploy advertising trackers and we do not sell any data.
How we use it
Submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate a potential commercial relationship. Messages are retained for the duration of the conversation and a reasonable record-keeping period thereafter, in line with applicable Saudi commercial law.
Your rights
You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by writing to aa@amalgamated.sa. We will respond within a reasonable period and in any event no later than required by applicable law.
