AA Amalgamated is a Saudi holding company. The commercial registration is wide on purpose: we are set up to participate as a parent across a range of sectors, rather than to operate any one of them ourselves.
In practice the company’s work is the patient assembly of a book of holdings — written terms, named counterparties, and a calendar that respects how long good positions take to build.
